(hereinafter referred to as "SUTPC") and powered by an AI large model. The launch was attended by the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, the Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport, and the Director‑General of the Integrated Transport Centre. The summit brought together key decision‑makers, industry experts, and professionals from major cities across the UAE to discuss the future of infrastructure, mobility, and urban development.

The system attracted widespread attention at the launch event
SUTPC, leveraging its independently developed next‑generation intelligent transportation operating system TransPaaS platform—centered on transportation large models, intelligent agents, and embodied intelligence equipment—and aligned with Abu Dhabi’s vision for a progressive, integrated transportation ecosystem, upgraded the existing Smart Mobility Analytics System of the Abu Dhabi Integrated Transport Centre. The system seamlessly integrates massive multi‑dimensional datasets from the Centre, supports automated construction of decision scenarios, and enables multi‑scenario "what‑if" simulations, delivering online analysis and decision support for both current traffic operations and predictive projections. Abu Dhabi Digital Twin Traffic Planning and Decision Support System
Leveraging AI large models, big data, and 3D simulation technologies, the system has established a full‑element traffic digital twin foundation for Abu Dhabi, enabling traffic congestion analysis and forecasting, assisting urban planning and construction, and reducing traffic research and decision‑making time by up to 40%. Once fully operational, the system will support the efficient decision‑making of hundreds of annual projects in traffic planning, design, construction, operations, and management for the Abu Dhabi Integrated Transport Centre. Since undertaking the Abu Dhabi Smart Transportation Digital Platform and the Abu Dhabi Autonomous Vehicle Whole‑Process Supervision Platform (AViTOMS), SUTPC has consistently deepened its presence in the Middle East through a "product + technology" approach.
