The West Xili Lake Greenway (Blueway)
Taking an area of approximately 7.8 square kilometers in the Houhai area and the Shenzhen Bay Coastal Recreation Belt as the test zone, the first test zone for the integrated operation of multiple scenarios in a high-density urban area and an open test platform of "CNS+X" in China are created. Infrastructure construction and systematic technical tests are carried out for five major application scenarios to promote the establishment of modern governance capabilities for low-altitude integrated operation.
Through the construction of the test field and related information infrastructure, it meets the testing requirements for drone flight performance, flight management safety, air traffic management systems, etc. It provides important support for reducing the research and development costs of enterprises, accelerating the commercialization process, and enhancing the attractiveness of the regional low-altitude industry.
As an important technical support and site operation unit of this test and demonstration platform, it has deeply participated in the construction of the only closed intelligent connected test site in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area. It provides platform support for Shenzhen's intelligent connected vehicle R&D testing, technical verification, licensing examinations, and vehicle access. It has supported Shenzhen in becoming a pilot city for vehicle-road-cloud integration and is a typical representative of Shenzhen's connected new infrastructure.
The construction of China's first supervision platform covering the full-chain dynamic management and services of intelligent connected vehicles has been launched. This year, it will realize the monitoring of vehicles' full-process physical sign indicators, helping to improve operational quality and efficiency for thousands of enterprises. Based on the technical characteristics and business supervision requirements of intelligent connected vehicles, it has built safety portraits and risk models, established 87 safety risk monitoring indicators and 42 safety-specific analyses, and supported the new supervision model for the entire life cycle of intelligent connected vehicles through full-element data indicator monitoring and all-round specific analyses of intelligent connected vehicles.
It is an important component and demonstration project of Shenzhen's "Mountain-Sea Connection" plan, and the first green infrastructure in Shenzhen that integrates greenways and waterfront greenways (Bidao). Giving priority to ecological protection and following the "low-interference, light-intervention" construction model, it forms a 16-kilometer blue-green corridor and a 1.2 million-square-meter space, serving as a "mountain-water residence" shared by humans and nature.
