Employing AI image recognition, Beidou high-precision positioning, 5G mobile communication, and other new-generation information technologies, we have independently developed integrated intelligent inspection software and hardware products to achieve intelligent identification, precise positioning, and rapid detection of road diseases. At the same time, based on a vertical domain-specific model, we accurately deduplicate, merge, and intelligently classify road diseases, significantly improving the efficiency and quality of daily road inspections.
Electromechanical Facility Operation and Maintenance (O&M)
Centered around a digital operation and maintenance platform, we have established a full-process closed-loop maintenance system of "intelligent monitoring - precise diagnosis - efficient repair." A signal control and management mode of "platform empowerment + expert decision-making" has been established. Through big data-driven approaches, integrated governance of time and space, professional technical guidance, and the construction of institutional mechanisms, the capabilities of proactive early warning, scientific regulation, and closed-loop management have been enhanced. More than 300,000 congestion control operations have been carried out at over 3,300 intersections across the city. The green wave mileage has reached 600 kilometers, and the coordination rate of intersections is 70%. This has helped Shenzhen become the least congested first-tier city.
Scientifically identify and focus on four major categories of 60 key corridors in Nantong, including the internal and external access connection channels, key urban commuting corridors, major hub connection channels, and viaduct distribution and transfer channels. Implement differentiated control strategies, and build a two-way green wave backbone network covering 210 kilometers of arterial roads and 424 intersections. This helps Nantong to build itself into a "City of Green Waves" and continuously ranks at the top of the traffic health index of major cities in China.
For more than 1,200 kilometers of roads of various grades in Bao'an District, over 60 intelligent inspection motor vehicles and electric bicycles have been deployed. All of them are equipped with intelligent inspection equipment and AI algorithms, which can effectively identify more than 60 types of diseases in four major categories of road facilities, with an identification accuracy rate of over 90%. It realizes the service of pushing disease identification results within seconds, and features lightweight equipment and an intelligent system.
With over 10 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of electromechanical facilities in traffic and traffic police departments, and having participated in the maintenance of multiple government municipal construction projects, a wealth of practical experience has been accumulated.
